Embotir

Embotir vol dir ‘omplir de carn capolada un embolcall elàstic, fent-hi pressió’ (DDLC). (Capolada vol dir ‘tallada en trossos petits’.)

Recordem que no podem fer servir la forma *embutxar (del castellà embuchar). Per tant, hem de dir llom embotit i no *llom embutxat.
